MIS extracts for 2016X have been pulled out of Datatel. Have not yet been submitted to Chancellor’s Office.
SG file - Pelican Bay, Vets, Foster Youth (Tiffany, Rianne, Jenessa) work with Kyle on getting these groups in so they get on the extract.

SQL Migration – set aside 2 weeks after 9/27 for intense testing. Access databases for Rianne, Special Populations (Jenessa and Heidi), Business Office (Doug and Pru), Julia Morrison, Shereen, HR (Teresa), Evaluations (Jen B).

Temporary Employees – discussion – no easy solution. Offices may need to work with Public Safety to secure a permit.

Dereg – meeting with ITS, A&R, Bus Off, Marty, Robert, Kelly, Fin Aid.

NCRS – meeting to take place with all counseling and advising and some academic support specialists.
