1. Update on progress related to security initiatives

Brand new siren units are being sent to us now. There is one working siren.

All cameras campus-wide are being replaced so there is one system with DVRs across campus.

Cell phone boosters have been received. Installation timeline is in the works.

Parking lot emergency phones are now hooked up to the main phone system, and broken phones have been repaired.

A similar siren and phone system is being investigated at Del Norte.

1. Update on Datatel Server migration 

Ellucian is sending questionnaire with pricing models for them to support us.

1. San Update:

Maintenance and Tech servers are being backed up on SAN. Going to do RE-ADMIN-1 next.
