1) Review student input (attached)
To address student concerns about wifi, the residence hall will have a new carrier this summer which will provide better bandwidth, and hardware changes are being made so that students can't use more than their fair share of the network.
To address the residence hall, we should develop a student advisory committee with ASCR to inform the dining hall of our issues and make recommendations.
2) Update on gathering community input
The City of Eureka leaders met with CR to explore partnerships and solicit input for our planning process. It was noted that the two jobs most in demand where the city is struggling to find employees is in healthcare (e.g., nursing) and with managerial positions (e.g., operations). Leaders from CR have scheduled a meeting with the Director of Parks & Recreations to discuss future partnerships.
3) Review and adjust the Ed Master Planning Timeline

The timeline is on track except #7 to develop a draft plan by late spring. This is being changed to late summer, and #8 to finalize the planning initiatives is changing to late instead of early fall 2016.
4) Next meeting time
Meetings will start again in the fall.
