Topics will include competitive bidding requirements, processing change orders, exceptions to bidding, procuring professional services, energy service contracts, emergency procurement, technology purchases, DSA requirements, performance and payment bonds, processing stop notices, DIR compliance (prevailing wage and labor compliance), piggybacking, design-build and CEQA.
