A drop-in meditation experience. Participants are invited to pause and “drop in” to mindfulness practice in the busy day. This workshop offers practical meditative tools to employ throughout the day in an effort to be more fully present, as well as how to set goals for individual mindfulness practice. Attendees are invited to attend one session or all three to experience the benefits. (Though not required for anyone participating in the workshop, attendees are welcome to bring a meditation cushion if they so choose.)
